How to Submit a Membership Application

Membership applications, along with specified payment, may be submitted to  
Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of REALTORS® at 176 South River Road, Bedford NH 03110 OR emailed to info@gmnbr.org

Be sure to complete the entire application to include page 2.  Dues are prorated by month as outlined on the application form.

1. REALTOR® Application - Real Estate Agents  
2. Affiliate Application - Title Companies, Lenders, and other real estate related companies(Affiliates)
3. Associate Affiliate Application - If your company has an Affiliate Account w/ a primary member and you are joining as an additional member on that account

Online Code of Ethics is required to be completed by all new members.  You need your REALTOR Identification number, NRDS#, to complete this training.  Click here to complete training

New REALTOR® Member Orientation is mandatory and offered by GMNBR via Youtube. 
Completion is required within 120 days of application.  Please note that the Code of Ethics course (available online and/or in classroom format) is a pre-requisite for attendance in the Orientation as per NAR.
