2018 Dues Payment Timeline (revised 08.02.2016)

 

 
 
OCTOBER 

October 1st – Members are notified that dues are available for payment and due by December 1st with a 30 day grace period via email.  No partial payments, thank you.
 

NOVEMBER

November 1st – Members are notified that dues are available for payment and due by December 1st with a 30 day grace period via email.

 

DECEMBER

December 1st- Dues are due.  Email to unpaid members in December reminding them that there will be a $50.00 late fine assessed for any dues received after January 1st and that the late fee will be assessed again for unpaid dues on February 1stt

             

JANUARY

Beginning January 2nd dues must include the $50 late fine. 

 

FEBRUARY

Beginning February 1st a second late fee of $50 is assessed.

 

MARCH

March 1st any unpaid member will be placed inactive.  Once a member has been placed inactive and his/her license continues to be held at a member agency a letter is sent informing the Broker that they are now responsible for the agent’s dues (nonmember assessment fee).  If the agent chooses to reapply they must submit a reapplication fee and the full year’s dues.

 

If the member returns their license to the NH Real Estate Commission and goes inactive with GMNBR and they decide to return to a member agency, he/she must reapply with a submittal of an application and payment of applicable fees.
