That’s because both New Hampshire and real estate are key components of his identity. Matt is a local boy, born and raised in Manchester, who distinguished himself as a community standout early on. Yet even from a young age, Matt was already that geeky kid with a passion; while his friends browsed Sports Illustrated and Teen People, Matt thumbed through every local estate magazine, and poured over the DuPont Registry. While his friends were out partying, he was calculating mortgage costs, and calling up every local agent about the listings that most piqued his interest.
