We do not blast email new listings or Open House notices not even for a fee. Please read below!
GMNBR members have access to a complete membership list to send out mass emails/mailings. Out of respect for our member's privacy this list can only be accessed using your GMNBR username and password.
See below for login instructions:

) Login to the member portal using the green box at the top right of the homepage that says "Member Login."
)Your username is your NRDS# and your password is your last name with the first letter capitalized i.e.> Smith.
How do I get my NRDS#?
)Upon logging in you may be prompted to update your information if it has been over a year since your last login. You will then be directed to the Membership Dashboard.
)At the top of the Membership Dashboard page there is a spreadsheet that includes all REALTOR member’s email addresses. If your information is incorrect or you wish to be removed from this list please notify email@example.com.
GMNBR is sensitive to the issue of blast or mass emails to our members.
The Board will only send out blast emails to inform the membership of opportunities such as the following: *free courses as described below, any course taught by a member of the GMNBR, quarterly membership meetings, community service events or reminders, Realtor-to-Realtor sessions, any GMNBR sponsored event, important alerts, or other items that from time to time the board, in its discretion, deems appropriate.
A few tips to sending a successful mass email or open house flyer…
Do not use your own email system to send them (Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo).This will bog your server down and create issues for you throughout the day as you always receive undeliverable messages.Use a system that is designed to send out mass emails.
Check into systems designed to send out mass emails such as: MailChimp, Constant Contact, SendBlaster, Bomb Bomb.Do a Google search and see which one fits your needs and budget. Many of them already have real estate open house templates you can use!Also, if you are an agent with a franchise consult with your Broker or office admin and see if there is a preferred system for your franchise that includes branding.
Allow people the ability to opt out.Nothing is more annoying than getting emails you do not want to receive and not being able to opt out.You want to recipient to be happy about receiving your email not annoyed. All of the systems mentioned above offer this opt out feature at the bottom of the email.
Be professional! Use nice current photos (without snow) and include all your company information.Per the NHREC you must include your office name prominently displayed in all communications and office number in addition to any other phone numbers or email addresses you want to include.
