4. How does one become a member of the GMNBR?
Print the application for membership. (Click
here for application in PDF format) Complete the application
and mail to GMNBR with the application fee and prorated dues.
The amount of money owed to GMNBR is noted on the application.
REALTOR® applicants must complete two orientation courses
before becoming a REALTOR®. You will be notified of these
courses by mail.

6. How do you file a complaint against a REALTOR®?
There are two kinds of complaints: arbitration and ethics. Arbitration
requests are contractual disputes arising out of real estate transactions.
Ethics complaints are allegations or charges that a member has
violated a membership duty or the Code of Ethics. Forms to file
either type of complaint can be found on our downloads
page. Print and complete the form and attach a statement explaining
the alleged violation. Mail it to GMNBR at the address on the
top of the complaint form.
